BETTER TO HAVE AND NOT NEED THAN TO NEED AND NOT HAVE
i stay very organized when it comes to pretty much everything. my bug out bag for instance, i made a list in order of necessity and made hyperlinks to the order pages. i also have a list of items currently in my bag, any expiration dates and things that will need to be replaced soon.
i dump my bag as often as i can and go through everything and repack it so i always know exactly what i have. i also keep a gallon of water in the back of my fridge, in case the tap is shut off, so i can fill my camelbak on the fly and be out the door.
